Gathering Applicant Data

Automated Phone Interview – Customized for your needs, this automated phone interview can be used to screen applicants with disqualifying questions, or simply to gather qualification, availability and area data on the applicant. The data from the applicant shows up real time on your FastRecruiting.net login. Some clients elect to additionally auto-transfer applicants deemed qualified via their answers to a live hiring manager’s phone. The FastRecruiting.net IVR system is quite flexible and there are many setup options.

Web Job Applications – From within FastRecruiting.net, you can private label and customize a web based job application for each position type. We then provide a coinciding link with preconfigured html so your people can simply paste it into your online ads. All data from responses populates your FastRecruiting.net login.

Interview Scheduling & Results

The system has an integrated full calendar and scheduling module that enables the user to keep organized, schedule interviews, and record the coinciding interview results for statistics and report purposes.

Routing Applicant Data to Branches

Our standard methodology is to route each application based upon your nearest branch location to the zip code of the applicant. It is based upon miles from the applicant’s zip code to whatever zip code you use as the “branch zip.”

For branches in fairly close proximity to each other, the branch zip codes (not necessarily the branch’s actual location) used would be strategically picked so the applicants would be routed as desired. Another routing methodology is to let the applicant narrow down or choose the branch he would like to apply for from a list of the closest branches. Additional routing methods can be by area code, county or state.

The system also has a feature for transferring an Applicant from one Branch to another, should the need arise.

Viewing and Managing Applicant Data

Each new applicant received is displayed real-time on the FastRecruiting.net “New Applicant” spreadsheet. The headers here all match the questions you have chosen for your phone interview for easy viewing, enabling the hiring manager to see quick facts about the applicant. On this page the user can also record notes, set hiring status, set ad source, or schedule an interview.

Statistics/Management Reports

We provide key reports that will help you grade the value of your worker recruitment advertising sources. All reports are date range selectable; you can see your ad sources by:

  • Chart showing number and % of Applicants per ad source
  • Chart showing number and % of Interviews per ad source
  • Chart showing number and % of Hires per ad source
  • Chart showing all the above per ad source, per dollar spent (requires user entry of ad costs)
