About Us

● Fast Recruiting is comprised of a group of executives and programmers with the experience that comes from managing over 1,400 high turnover positions per day.

● We saw the need for a fast, organized manner of advertising for applicants, gathering/screening the applicant data, and tracking all interviews, comments and hiring data. We built FastRecruiting to specifically address the needs of companies that consistently are in a hiring or contracting process. To understand why we designed our program the way we did, below are some of the goals we had in mind:

● Remove all roadblocks for the applicant to initially apply for a job or to provide contracting information. Make it as easy as possible for the prospective employee or contractor to get us their information.

● Collect quality applicant data that enables hiring staff/IC coordinators to direct their time speaking to applicants who are qualified for a specific need. Screen out unqualified applicants.

● Provide reports to show which ad sources are the most effective, and reports to show the effectiveness of individual hiring managers.

● Better utilize, and respond more quickly to qualified applicants, resulting in a quicker hiring process, more hires, and less money spent on advertising.

● Completely organize the hiring process, eliminating all paper and voice mail retrievals involved in the recruiting process.

● Do all of the above, and do so at a very cost effective rate.
