Valets are responsible for the parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles and for providing attentive and friendly customer service. Valets stand in front of establishments such as sports arenas, hotels, casinos, shopping malls, restaurants and hospitals greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival. They are also responsible for documenting any vehicle damage, issue claim checks, get keys from the drivers, and helping guests with their belongings if needed. When the car owner returns, Valets run to retrieve the car and help guests inside.

Requirements:

· At least 20 years of age.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Pass DMV Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check.

· Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles.

· Above average physical fitness.

· Professional appearance – no facial piercings, visible tattoos, must follow grooming policies.

· Customer service experience highly preferred.

· Able to work flexible schedule; may include some evenings and weekends, part-time or full-time work.

· Able to communicate fluently in English.

· Able to work well independently or on a team with minimal supervision.
