Meeting new people? Shuttle and Charter drivers are responsible for the safe, timely and professional transportation, loading and unloading of passengers to and from designations and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers. Shuttle and Charter provide local transportation to company outings, school functions, and athletic events, hotels, conventions, airports, etc.    

American Valet is a full-service valet, shuttle, and garage management organization based out of Arizona serving the Southwest since 1980. American Valet is all about the people--the ones on staff as well as the clients and guests we're fortunate enough to serve. American Valet is looking for team members with great customer service experience and safe driving skills.  American Valet provides a flexible schedule for both part-time and full-time employees.

Due to insurance purposes, American Valet does not accept applicants with felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions.  A valid CDL Driver’s License (Class C) with a Passenger Endorsement and a clean driving record are required (no more than three minor moving violations in a 39 month period).

Important Notes:

-Open/mostly open availability required

-No set schedule or guaranteed amount of hours

-Pay is $12/hr (Plus gratuity of $13-$15/hr on most events!)

Requirements

§  Due to insurance purposes you must be least 25 years of age.

§  High school diploma or equivalent.

§  Valid CDL License (Class C) with Passenger Endorsement. Must be valid for 2 years or more.  

§  Pass DMV Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check.

§  Pass DOT Medical Exam for CMV Certification. 

§  Pass the Driver’s Road Test.

§  Professional appearance – no facial piercings, visible tattoos, must follow grooming policies.

§  An enthusiasm for customer service.

§  Must have at least 2 years of prior limousine, charter experience.

§  Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends, part-time or full-time work.

§  Able to communicate fluently in English. 

§  Able to work well independently with minimal supervision.
