VA - Maintenance (Roanoke)

Lanier parking has an immediate need for a full time detail oriented Maintenance member to do garage maintenance at our Park Roanoke parking operation.

Enthusiasm, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for customer service are the key attributes that we are looking for in a Maintenance person as you will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe garages for our customers. Some of the responsibilities will include but are not limited to cleaning, operating sweepers and scrubbers, preventative maintenance for garage access equipment, painting, hanging signage, etc. Other duties will be assigned as needed by management.

The pay for this position is $9.00/hr. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9pm - 5am.

To become an integral part of the Park Roanoke team you will need:

A clean background check.
At least 18 years of age or older.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
Physical Requirements: Able to work inside & outside in variety of weather and conditions; medium to heavy work requiring standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting to a maximum of 100 lbs. Must be able to operate machinery/equipment, to include blowers, sweepers, scrubbers, etc.
