Pricing for Incoming 800# Minutes
Keep in mind that if you currently use a toll free number for incoming applicants,
total minutes will be reduced when using our toll free number. Granted, our cost
per minute is higher than what you are currently paying, but to figure your true
cost with FastRecruiting, you should consider in the reduced usage of your current
toll free job line. (Or the difference in cost per minute)
On average, it takes the FastRecruiting automated phone screening 2.7 minutes for
our current clients to have an applicant qualified/disqualified based upon the questions
asked. If an applicant directly calls into a live recruiter and is asked these same
qualifying questions, the conversational nature of the recruiter call will take
longer to determine whether the applicant is qualified. Therefore, expect to see
a reduction of overall minutes used in toll free charges. Also there will be less
total calls fielded by your live recruiters, as some % of callers will be screened
out by their answers before being transferred to your live recruiter.
