Online Recruiting User Consent

By submitting your resume online, you will be submitting your personal data to Ace Parking Parking Management, Inc. located in the United States. It is important that you carefully review this User Consent before submitting your resume online. This User Consent applies to personal identifiable information and other personal data (referred to herein as "Personal Data") provided to Ace Parking in conjunction with the online resume submissions by candidates.

Use of Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be used for hiring and employment purposes and for Ace Parking to evaluate your credentials for job opportunities available at Ace Parking or for a specific job opportunity selected by you. Ace Parking strives to maintain very high standards for the collection, processing, use, and transfer of Personal Data gathered in this context.

Type of Data Collected

Ace Parking requires that you provide certain Personal Data during the online resume submission process. This data is likely to include (depending on the Personal Data that you choose to submit): your name, your address, your educational background, your employment history, your areas of expertise, your job type preferences, your current salary, bonuses and any other information which you elect to transmit through the resume submission process. This information will be used to create a personal profile, validate your identity during this process, and to evaluate you for a position with Ace Parking.

Ace Parking does not require data regarding race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, citizenship, marital status, disability or veteran status, political opinions or affiliations, affiliations with trade organizations or unions in the resume submission process. Therefore, you are not required to submit this type of data as part of your online resume. If you decide to transmit this type of data to us during the resume submission process, we reserve the right to delete such information from our databases.

Process of Data

Personal Data collected through the online resume submission process will be stored and used for the purpose of evaluating your application. If you are hired, Ace Parking will further process your Personal Data during human resources administration. Processing of Personal Data includes using, storing, recording, transferring, adapting, summarizing, amending, sharing and destroying Personal Data as necessary under the circumstances or as otherwise required by law. Ace Parking may require you to provide original documents containing Personal Data that verify your employment eligibility and identification, which information may be processed in the same manner.

Storage of Data

Ace Parking will retain Personal Data in its systems for a period of time as Ace Parking deems appropriate based on customary local human resource practices and applicable legal requirements, even if you request that Ace Parking not consider your resume for an employment position. If Ace Parking hires you, your Personal Data will become part of your employment file.

Transfers of Data

As a growing national company, Ace Parking is able to leverage technology to efficiently obtain candidate applications online. To adequately evaluate your online resume submission, Ace Parking may provide access to your Personal Data to Ace Parking personnel for the purposes of evaluating your suitability for employment and, if hired, for human resources administration. This will involve the transfer of your Personal Data in and outside your State of residence. It will also be necessary to disclose your Personal Data to clients, vendors, contractors and/or other agents who partner with Ace Parking in connection with your online resume submission and Ace Parking’s evaluation of your employment application. For example, subject to certain legal requirements, Ace Parking may use external service providers to collect, process and validate your Personal Data, such as work history, education, compensation, references, and status. Ace Parking typically requires that such service providers comply with Ace Parking’s privacy policies and local legal requirements when providing such services. Ace Parking will also disclose your Personal Data to third parties if Ace Parking determines, in its discretion, that such disclosure is necessary to protect Ace Parking’s legal interests. These transfers may be transmitted over the internet, via mail, via facsimile, or by any other method that Ace Parking determines is appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

Review of Personal Data; Changes

Individuals who submit their personal data to us through the online resume submission process may also view their Personal Data at any time through this website. You will not be able to make changes to your profile or to certain Personal Data because the information in your electronic resume may be used in the candidate selection process, and as such will be assumed to be a snapshot of your position at the time of submission. If your Personal Data changes significantly, please contact the company’s Recruiting office.

Voluntary Participation

Please note that your participation in this online resume submission process is purely voluntary. Your application and resume will be afforded appropriate review and consideration regardless of how you submit your resume or application. If you decide to submit your resume using the online submission process, you must first agree to the following terms by checking "I have read and accept the user consent above" checkbox at the bottom of this page.

If you do not agree with the User Consent, you can cancel the online application and resume submission process by clicking "Cancel" or by terminating your browser.
