For Health and Well-Being...
We work very hard to deliver a personalized, easy-to-use health program that provides
our team members and their covered dependents with tools, services and information
designed to support healthy living.
The notion of healthy living starts with ensuring that every Ace
team members is eligible for insurance coverage. Under the ACE plan,
medical, dental, and vision coverage extends to every qualified adult,
which includes a spouse, same or opposite-sex domestic partner or other qualified
family member who meets eligibility requirements. Part-time
team members working 20 hours or more of a
standard workweek qualify to receive full benefits.
Medical
Medical coverage at Ace starts with an emphasis on preventive care, covering routine
physicals and certain routine screenings at 100%. In addition, the medical options
provide flexibility and choice, to let team members
select the plan that's best for them:
The Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans offered through the Ace
provide the flexibility to choose between multiple options, each with different
levels of costs and coverage. For any of these options,
team members can choose from amongst one-two carriers and accompanying
network.
HMO plans generally have lower costs but require those covered to stay
within a selected network of providers. Different locations may have different plan
options.
Dental
The Ace plan offers every eligible team member
a choice of two levels of dental coverage, including
Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO),
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), and Point
of Service (POS) preventive and orthodontia services.
Vision
Ace offers a range of services to meet team members'
vision care needs, including discounted Lasik eye surgery services.
Flexible Spending
Accounts: Health & Dependent
A health care account helps to bridge the gap between
health care expenses covered by insurance and eligible expenses that are paid out-of-pocket,
by setting aside a certain amount of pretax dollars each year.
A dependent care account helps cover eligible
out-of-pocket expenses for child or elderly care, by setting aside a certain amount
of pretax dollars each year.
Team Member Assistance
Program
A team member assistance program that can help
team members resolve personal, family and work issues impacting their
lives.
Life Insurance
When it comes to our team members and their
families, there can never be enough insurance coverage. Ace offers the following
additional insurance for added protection:
Personal Accident: Pays cash for initial treatment, severity of
injury, ambulance, follow up visits, physical therapy, hospitalization, etc.
Cancer Insurance: Coverage for cancer. The program includes benefits
for diagnosis, treatments, and hospitalization associated with cancer.
Hospital Protection: Enhances hospitalization coverage by providing
a daily benefit for sickness and injury. Pays cash for rehabilitation, surgical
operations, outpatient surgical room charges, medical diagnostic imaging, ambulance,
and wellness benefits.
Specified Health Event Protection: This program is a great supplement
to your existing health insurance program. Pays a first-occurrence and reoccurrence
benefit, hospital confinement and a continuing care benefit for heart attack, stroke,
and much more.
Term and Whole Life Insurance: Additional life insurance beyond
the $10,000 coverage.
Vacation
Newly hired team members can accrue
paid vacation during their first year of service.
Holidays
Generous paid holidays plus unpaid parental, educational,
civic, and general leaves of absence that can be taken during
the year to accommodate personal needs.
For Financial Peace of Mind
401K
A savings retirement plan providing
team members with an additional source of income upon retirement and
a broad choice of investment options and immediate vesting of contributions. The
savings plan also allows team members to take
a loan, roll over eligible distributions from a former
team members and make catch-up contributions for
team members who are age 50 or older.
Access to a financial planning program which offers the
services of experienced, professional financial planners to help
team members learn how to make informed decisions regarding money and
investments.
Life and AD&D Insurance
In an unforeseen event, Ace has you and your family covered! Ace offers all eligible
team members $10,000 of life insurance coverage. Team members can elect an additional amount of
coverage for themselves as well as coverage for eligible dependents.
Accidental death and dismemberment insurance for team members and eligible dependents in the event
of death or dismemberment due to an accident.
